To login to Case Connect, visit the Department of Human Services Website by clicking here. Once you get to the page, click on “”Go to Login” under “Returning Users” as shown below:

If you do not have an account, then you need to create one. To create an account, click on the “Create Account” link. You will see the page below:

After you enter the information above, you will be taken to a page to create a username and password for your TN Case Connect Login. Make sure your password is strong to make it difficult for people to guess. Avoid using your date of birth, pet name, kids name, home address as part of your password since that what people guess first.

Once you set up your username and password, you will then be taken to a page to select three (3) security questions for your account. This is going to be used to help you login into your account whenever there is suspicious activity.

With that said, be sure to pick questions that you know you are going to remember the answer to. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to login when the system think you are logging in from an insecure source.
