In this post, we will show you how to log into www.tn.gov case connect and check your account status. The Case Connect system allows those who are currently receiving SNAP or Food Stamps in Tennessee to find information on their case. If you have been approved for food stamps or are currently a recipient and want to log into Case Connect, follow the instructions below:
Log into www.tn.gov case connect
If you already have a case connect account, then click here to login. When you get to the website, click on the “Returning Users” link as shown in the image below. If you do not have an account, then you need to sign up for one by following the instructions below:
If you do not currently have a case connect account, here is how to get one. Click here to visit the DHS website. Then click on the “New Users” link as shown below. You will be required to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address. After that, you will be taken to a screen where you will have to enter a username and a password. Make sure you pick a username and password you are likely to remember because these are the credentials you are going to use to login the next time you want to get into your case connect account. The final stage of creating your case connect account is to answer security questions that will later be used to authenticate your account in case there is suspicious activity. You are the only one that should know the answers to the questions in the security question or make sure you pick questions that are harder for other people to guess.
