The Tennessee food stamps program provides each recipient with access to an online portal called Case Connect. The Case Connect online portal allows users to sign up for an account to apply for benefits and manage their health and human service programs. If you would like to apply to receive food stamps benefits in Tennessee, you can do so online by signing up for a Case Connect account and completing the food stamps application. To renew your Tennessee food stamp benefits or make a change to your current benefits, you have two different options for doing so. The first option for renewing or changing your benefits is to visit your local Department of Human Services (DHS) office. You must visit the DHS office in the county which you reside. To locate the DHS office in your county, visit the tn.gov Office Locator page. The second option for renewing or changing your benefits is by logging into your Case Connect account at the www.tn.gov renew my benefits website. One you’re logged into your account you can submit your renewal or change inside your Case Connect portal.
