Step 1

The first step is is to visit the TN Department of Human Services Website. Click here to be taken to that page. Once on that page, go to the “New Users link as shown in the image below and click on “Create Account”:

When you click on “Create Account”, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to enter the following information as shown in the image below (First Name, Last name, Email Address). Once you enter the information, click on “Continue” to go to the next step in the account sign in process.

The next step is to select a username and password for your case connect account. This is the information you are going to use to login to your case connect account in the future so be sure to select a username and password you are going to remember. Once you complete this step, click on the “Continue” link to go to the final step in the process.

Step 4

The final step in signing up for a case connect account is to answer security questions that can be used in the future to help identify you or help you log into your account incase there is suspicious activity around your account. This is a very important step so be sure to select questions you are likely to remember answers you provided, otherwise, you may be locked out of your account in the future.
